Our Policy

In order to maintain and achieve these goals KamJo(KJ) Group follows a strict policy in all the aspects of business. The Directors/Owners who keep their business practices in line with their own personal beliefs have developed a sound Company Policy. This policy has allowed the company to create an environment where the Workforce is motivated as well as treated with utmost respect and dignity, and have allowed all stakeholders in the Company to achieve its individual goals as well as the company’s long term and short goals.

To our Creator:


- Our intention for business will not be merely to enrich ourselves but to earn in the correct way and to with the best ability spend in the right path
- We will regard it as a compulsory duty to learn all the Islamic rules and laws regarding business.
- We will then always conduct our business according to the laws of Shariah (Which also implies that we will conduct our business according to the laws of our Country as we must also abide by these laws under Shariah)
-We will spend our resources wisely, always maintaining appropriate reserves for difficult times


To our Customers


-Our primary responsibility is to provide the best quality product to those who come to our business
-We will receive our customers politely and treat them with respect and dignity
-We will work to cut our overhead costs in order to charge reasonable prices and get the best prices
-We will process all transactions speedily and without errors
- We will not misrepresent our products or services to any customer at all
-We will gladly accept and refund a dissatisfied customer (provided it is within the terms and condition of the sale of the product.)


To Our Suppliers and Distributers:


-We will work with our suppliers and distributers to maintain consistency in quality and service
-We will ensure that they make a fair profit
To Our Employees
-All our employees will work in safe and clean conditions
-They will receive fair and adequate compensation
-They will have ample opportunities to develop their skills
-They will feel free to make suggestions, or complaints
-We will safeguard their rights and respect their dignity at all times
-We will clearly communicate to all employees and inform them of what is expected of them
-We will compensate our employees equitably
-We will allow them reasonable time to fulfil their religious obligations


To Our Competitors:


- We will not engage in monopolistic behaviour and preclude others from competing with us.
- We will compete fairly without engaging in un-Islamic tactics
- We will not be envious or malicious towards our competitors in anyway


To Our Community:


We will support the community we live in and help develop skills and provide opportunities within the community.
-We will be good corporate citizens by contributing to the welfare if the needy and the destitute in society
